You can use a sales template with the billing triggers of clinical records. As a result, you can easily invoice a set of products for clinical tasks and procedures.
To use a sales template in a clinical record, you must also make a template product. A template product is an ezyVet record type that has a relation with a configured sales template. When you make a clinical record type (for example, a procedure record), you can select the template product. Christina Langley makes a procedure record for an ear clean in Ruby's clinical record. Christina adds the template product for the ear clean to the procedure record. The template product has a relation with a configured sales template. The configured sales template includes:
Ear flush and clean
Epi-Otic ear cleaner solution
Ear swab and in-house diagnostic fee
As a result, ezyVet automatically adds the sales template products to the invoice for the procedure.
