The invoicing screen has a Create Sales Template button that you can use to easily make a sales template from an invoice. If the Create Sales Template button shows dimmed, do this troubleshooting.Figure 1. The dimmed Create Sales Template button
Note: If you hover over Create Sales Template, ezyVet shows Cannot create templates when invoice has sublines.
A line item of the invoice has more line items
If a line item of an invoice has more line items, you cannot use the Create Sales Template button to make a sales template from the invoice.
Examples of when a line item can have more line items include:
If a line item is of a product bundle
If a line item is of a product that has a service fee

Remove the applicable line items from the invoice or make the sales template directly
If possible, remove the applicable line items from the invoice.
If removal of the line items is not possible, make a sales template directly and manually add the applicable line items to it.
