ezyVet shows a sales template is tax inclusive error message when you add a sales template to an estimate
Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows this error message when you try to add a sales template to an estimate:
Failed to add sales template: Error: The sales template is tax inclusive and the estimate is tax exclusive. Different tax behaviours can create financial discrepencies, please set the sales template to the site tax behaviour
The sales template is set to tax-inclusive
Set the sales template to tax-exclusive
- Select Financial.ezyVet shows the New Invoice screen.
- Select Sales Templates.The left sidebar shows configured sales templates.
- Double-click the Inc.TAX box.Inc.TAX changes to show Exc.TAX:
- Select Save.
