ezyVet shows a sales template is tax inclusive error message when you add a sales template to an estimate

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows this error message when you try to add a sales template to an estimate:
Failed to add sales template: Error: The sales template is tax inclusive and the estimate is tax exclusive. Different tax behaviours can create financial discrepencies, please set the sales template to the site tax behaviour

The sales template is set to tax-inclusive

Set the sales template to tax-exclusive

  1. Select Financial.
    The Financial tab
    ezyVet shows the New Invoice screen.
  2. Select Sales Templates.
    The Sales Templates setting
    The left sidebar shows configured sales templates.
  3. Find and select the applicable sales template.
    ezyVet shows the sales template settings and information.
  4. Double-click the Inc.TAX box.

    Inc.TAX changes to show Exc.TAX:

  5. Select Save.
    The Save button
  6. Go back to the applicable estimate and add the sales template to it.
