Approve an inventory adjustment

After you do an inventory adjustment, you must approve the inventory adjustment record. After your approve the inventory adjustment record, ezyVet automatically changes the quantity of the products in your organization’s inventory.

  • Make sure that the information of the inventory adjustment is correct
  • Make sure that your user account has the Financial > Inventory Adjustment > Approve permission
To approve an inventory adjustment, do this procedure.
  1. Select Financial.

  2. Select Inventory Adjustment.

  3. Select the U/A tab.

  4. Open the applicable inventory adjustment.
  5. Select APPROVE.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  • ezyVet approves the inventory transfer
  • ezyVet automatically approves all line items of the inventory transfer
  • All line items of the inventory transfer show a lock icon:
