PDF file attachments usually show a feather button. If you select the
feather button, ezyVet shows a dialog box that you can
use to show the file attachment content and enter an electronic signature. If a PDF
attachment does not show the feather button, do this troubleshooting.Figure 1. Missing feather button
The PDF attachment uses capital letters for its file name extension
The file name extension is the part of a file name that shows after
the last full stop. For example, if a file name is
clinical-results.pdf, the file name extension is
.pdf.
If a PDF attachment uses capital letters for its file name extension, ezyVet does not show the feather button. For
example:
If a PDF file name is clinical-results.pdf, ezyVet shows the feather button
If a PDF file name is clinical-results.PDF, ezyVet does not show the feather button
Change the file name extension
In the applicable record, file the applicable PDF file
attachment.
Double-click an empty area of the applicable file attachment.
ezyVet shows a dialog box that has information about the file attachment.
