SMS: Start Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for an ezyVet site (Australia)

A practice manager can start Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for an ezyVet site directly in the site.

  • Read About Know Your Customer (KYC) verification (Australia)
  • Make sure that you know your company registered name
  • Make sure that you know your ABN
  • Make sure that you tell your clients and staff that the phone number of the ezyVet site will change
  • Make sure that you have a PDF document of your company extract
Note: Only do this procedure if your ezyVet site is in Australia and you use ezyVet SMS functions.

If your ezyVet site is in the United Kingdom, do the procedure given in SMS: Start Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for an ezyVet site (United Kingdom).

To start the verification, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select System.

    ezyVet shows a System Settings screen.
  4. Select Communication.

  5. In the Verify your business for SMS section, select Verify.

  6. Do a check of the information that shows and enter information as necessary.

  7. Select Submit.
    Note: If you do not have all of the necessary information, select Save for later. Then when you have the information, do step 1 thru 6 again.
ezyVet sends the verification information to the SMS provider. When the verification is completed, ezyVet sends you a memo. The memo includes the new phone number that the ezyVet site uses.
Do the procedure again for each applicable ezyVet site.
