Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows Failed to
validate key because of an unknown error when you try to configure the
Google Maps integration:
The error occurs immediately after you select VALIDATE KEY in the integration configuration screen.
Your Google Cloud account does not have billing activated
The Google Maps integration uses a related Google Cloud account. To configure the integration
correctly, you must activate billing in your Google Cloud account.
Note: For more information,
refer to developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started.
- Activate billing in the Google Cloud account that you use with the Google Maps integration.
- Try to configure the Google Maps integration again.
