Configure the time that ezyVet uses for new appointments (system setting method)

When a staff member makes an appointment, ezyVet uses the related appointment type to automatically set the initial appointment time. If necessary, a practice manager can configure a different time in the appointment type.

Do this procedure to configure the initial time of all new appointments that use the related appointment type. For example, you can set an appointment time of 60 minutes in the Meeting appointment type. As a result, all new appointments that use the Meeting appointment type have an initial time of 60 minutes.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Settings.
Select Appointment Types.
The left sidebar shows the configured appointment types of your site.
Select the applicable appointment type.
ezyVet shows the settings of the appointment type.
In the Default length in minutes box, enter the applicable time.
Select Save.
