Show information about canceled appointments (Records dashboard method)

You can use the Records dashboard tab to find and show information about canceled appointments.

To show the canceled appointments information, do this procedure.
Note: The Records dashboard method does not show information about why a person canceled an appointment. To show information about why, refer to the method that uses the Cancelled Appointments report.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Appointment.

  4. Set Active to No.

  5. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  6. Set the filter to Date *.

  7. Set the mathematical comparison to >=.

  8. Select the start date of the date range.

  9. In the All section, select the green plus button to add one more filter.

  10. Set the filter to Date *.

  12. Select the end date of the date range.

  13. Select Show Records.
