Do a check that product records have the correct inventory tracking

The data conversion process converts product records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to your ezyVet site. You must make sure the data conversion process correctly converted the inventory tracking of your organization's product record.

Make sure that you have the equivalent product record open in your source PIMS.
To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted your organization's product records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Products.

    ezyVet shows the configured product records of your site.
  3. Select Inventory.

  4. Make sure that the Tracking Level setting is configured correctly.
