Do a check that product records have the correct status

The data conversion process converts product records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to your ezyVet site. You make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the status of your organization's product records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent product record open in your source PIMS.
To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted product records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Products.
    The Products setting in the settings list
    ezyVet shows the configured product records of your site.
  3. Compare the active product records with your organization's active product records of your source PIMS.
  4. Select the status box, and select Inactive.

  5. Compare your disabled product records with your organization's disabled product records of your source PIMS.
You completed a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the status of your organization's product records.
