Do a check that syndicate contact records shows the correct information

If your organization uses syndicate records, you must do a check that the data conversion process correctly converted your organization's syndicate records. For example, you must make sure that each syndicate record has a relation to the correct persons.

Make sure that you have the equivalent contact record open in your source PIMS.

To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted your organization's syndicate records, do this procedure.

Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:

Do a check of a minimum of 10 syndicate records
Do a check of a syndicate record that you know well (for example, a syndicate record that is related to a patient that visits frequently)

Select Contacts.
ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
Select Syndicates.
Find and select the applicable syndicate contact record.
ezyVet shows the settings and information of the contact record.
Compare the persons of the the Associated Contacts section with the persons of the equivalent syndicate record of your source PIMS.
Select Related Records.
Select Patient.
Compare the patient of the Patients section with the patient of the equivalent syndicate record of your source PIMS.
