Do a check that client contact records have the correct status

The data conversion process converts contact records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the statuses of client contact records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent contact record open in your source PIMS.
To do a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the status of client contact records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Contacts.
    The Contacts tab
    ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
  2. Make sure that you selected the Active tab.
    The Active tab
    ezyVet shows the client contact records that are active.
  3. Compare the active client contact records with the active client records of your source PIMS.
  4. Select the I/A tab.

    ezyVet shows the client contact records that are not active.
  5. Compare the client contact records that are not active with the client records of your source PIMS that are not active.
You completed a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the correct status of client contact records.
