About the conversion of Cornerstone discounts
The ezyVet equivalent to the Cornerstone discounts feature are price adjustment rules. After the data conversion process is complete, a practice manager must configure price adjustment rules to make sure that ezyVet correctly changes the value of client invoices.
- A practice manager configured a discount record
- A practice manager configured an invoice item to have the applicable discount
- A staff member configures the client record to have the discount
- Converts the discount record as a price adjustment rule
- Adds a tag for the price adjustment rule to the applicable client contact records
- Add a tag to the applicable product records
- Configure the filters of the applicable price adjustment rule to apply to only products that tag
- Change the value of some products of a client invoice
- Not change the total value of a client's invoice
- That calculates a discount for consumable products only
- For clients that have the Staff member tag of the Discount Group tag category will receive the discount
