Data conversion information for Avimark: System data
The data conversion process converts your data from Avimark to ezyVet. It is important that you know how the data conversion process converts system data into your ezyVet site.
Important: If you have more than one Avimark site and you want to change from Avimark to ezyVet, you must give the Data Conversion team:
- The names of the Avimark sites
- The sequence of Avimark sites
You must give the Data Conversion team the names of sites and the sequence of sites before they start the data conversion process. If you do not give them the information before they start the process, your ezyVet records could show incorrect department information. For example, an ezyVet patient record could show the incorrect department in the Department box. As a result, staff that have the user account permissions of the correct department cannot see the applicable patient record.
