The data conversion process converts your data from AlisVet to ezyVet. It is important that you know how patient record data is converted into ezyVet. For example, it is important that you know how the data conversion process converts patient's microchip numbers in to ezyVet.

The patient code.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the code of a patient record. After the data conversion is completed, the Code box of an ezyVet patient record shows the code of the patient record:
Primary patient image.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the primary patient image. After the data conversion process is complete, the record sidebar of an ezyVet patient record shows the primary patient image:
The patient owner that has a relation to the patient record.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert the patient owner that has a relation to the applicable patient record. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's owner in the Owner box:
Patient names.	Yes	The data conversion process converts patient names. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the data in the Patient Name box:
Microchip numbers.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert microchip numbers. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's microchip number in the Microchip Number box:
Patient weights.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert patient weights. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's weight in the Weight box: Note: It is possible that the rounding of the decimal points of the patient's weight shows a higher value after the data conversion process.
The patient's rabies vaccination number.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert the patient's rabies vaccination number. After the data conversion process is complete, an ezyVet patient record shows the rabies vaccination number in the Rabies box:
Patient ages.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert the age of the patient. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's age in the Age box:
Patient sex.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert the sex of the patient. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's sex: Note: This table shows the properties that you can select to identify a patient's sex: Properties Information identified M The patient is male. MN The patient is male and they have been neutered. F The patient is female. FS The patient is female and they have been spayed. Unknown You do not know the sex of the patient.
Patient species.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the species of the patient. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's species in the Species box:
Patient breeds.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the breed of the patient. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's breed in the Breed box: Note: A species record in ezyVet cannot have more than one breed record. For example, if a patient is a Cavoodle: Their patient record can have the Cavoodle breed record Their patient record can have the King Charles x Poodle (Cavoodle) breed record Their patient record cannot have the King Charles breed record and the Poodle breed record
Patient colors.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the color of the patient. After the data conversion process is completed, an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's colors in the Patient Colour box:
Patient notes.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert notes that are related to a patient record. Comment alerts.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert comment alerts. If you set a comment alert, the data conversion process automatically activates the Notes Important setting.
Records of medications and prescriptions.	Yes	The data conversion process converts records of patient prescriptions. After the data conversion process is completed, the Medication tab of an ezyVet patient record shows the patient's prescriptions:
The date of the patient's death.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the patient's date of death. After the data conversion process is complete, the Date of Death box shows the patient's date of death:
The patient's clinical records.	Yes	The data conversion process clinical records that are related to the patient record. After the data conversion process is complete, the Clinical Records section of the Related Records tab shows the patient's clinical records:
Referral information.	Yes	The data conversion process converts referral information. After the data conversion process is completed, the Referring Clinic box and the Referring Vet box of an ezyVet patient record show the referral information: Note: If the Referral Clinic module is disabled, ezyVet removes all referring referring veterinary organization and referring veterinary information from patient records.
Master problems.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert master problems. After the data conversion process is complete, you can add a master problem to a patient record. Note: For more information about master problems, refer to About master problems.
Reminders.	Yes	The data conversion process can only convert reminders for vaccinations. But a practice manager can use ezyVet to make reminders for other standards of care. The image that follows shows examples of configured reminders in ezyVet:
File attachments.	No	The data conversion process cannot converts file attachments of patient records.
Other information of patient records.	Yes	The data conversion process converts some patient information as tags.
