A patient card shows important information about a patient. Vet Radar shows patient cards on the whiteboards. As a result, staff can quickly and easily see important information about many patients.

When you sync a patient record to Vet Radar, Vet Radar automatically makes a patient card for the patient. Vet Radar uses information from the patient's clinical record in ezyVet to make the patient card. If you change the information in ezyVet after you sync the patient record, ezyVet syncs the information to Vet Radar.

A patient card shows many types of patient information. The image and table that follows gives each type of information:

2	The name of the patient.
3	The number of scheduled treatment tasks that a staff member did not complete.
4	The patient's species and breed.
5	The patient's demeanor status.
6	The patient's weight, age, and sex.
7	The patient's resuscitation status.
8	The name of the client.
9	The client's phone number.
10	The presenting problem.
11	The attending veterinarian.
12	The primary, secondary, and tertiary location of the patient.
