Medical service reminders and appointment reminders show an Open Vello button if a client selects an expired link. Previously, if a client selected an expired link, Vello showed an error message.

Configuration settings for recommended care: The Education box has a limit of 2000 characters. Previously, the limit was 1000 characters.
