To let clients send a text message to your practice to cancel an appointment, a practice manager must do the necessary configuration in Vello.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Booking.
   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment booking button:
   
   
   Vello shows an Appointment Booking screen.
3. In the Booking & cancel methods section, select Change.
   Vello shows a Change booking & cancellation method dialog box.
4. In the Booking section, select the method that you want clients to use to make appointments.
5. Select Next.
6. In the Cancellation section, select Text to cancel.
7. Select Use Vello SMS number or Use a custom SMS number.
   
8. Select Save.
