Let clients cancel appointments in the Vello client portal
To let clients cancel appointments directly in the Vello client portal, a practice manager must do the necessary configuration in Vello.
Note: This documentation is for a beta feature. The beta feature is only available for an initial set of customers.
This procedure gives basic steps to let clients cancel an appointment directly in the Vello client portal. An online booking method can have different settings to get different results. The settings are applicable to step 4 of this procedure. Thus, make sure that you read these documents before you continue:- In the left sidebar, select Appointment Booking.Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment booking button:Vello shows an Appointment Booking screen.
- In the Online cancellation window box, select Up to 24 hours before the appointment or Up to 48 hours before the appointment.
- Select Save.
- Clients can cancel appointments directly in the Vello client portal
- When a client cancels an appointment, an entry shows in the Notifications tab of the Requests & Notifications screen to tell you
- Vello automatically removes the appointment from your ezyVet calendar
