You can use the Medical Records screen in the Vello client portal to get access to your pet's health history.

To get access to available medical records that show your pet's health history, select Medical Records in the Vello client portal. Then, you can select the type of medical records that you want to get access to.

This table gives the name of each section in the Medical Records screen and information about what the section shows:

Section	What the section shows
Appointments History	Your pet's previous appointments. Note: The Appointments screen shows different information compared to the Appointments History section of the Medical Records screen. For example, you can use the Appointments screen to: Get access to information about your pet's next scheduled appointment and their last appointment Easily make appointments for your pet
Prescriptions History	Your pet's previously prescribed medications. Note: The Prescriptions screen shows different information compared to the Prescriptions History section of the Medical Records screen. For example, you can use the Prescriptions screen to: Get access to medications that you can make a prescription refill request for Easily make a prescription refill request for your pet
Recommended Care	Information from your practice about recommended medical services for your pet.

Each section shows the newest record first. To easily get access to records for a specified year, use the arrow adjacent to the year to filter the records shown in the screen.

Medical records for a deceased pet

To get access to medical records for deceased pets:

1. Select View All in the My Pets section of the Home screen
2. Select your pet in the Previous pets section of the Manage Pets screen
3. Select Medical Records in the Record History section of the Pet Information screen
