Make changes to your pet's information

Use the Vello client portal to easily make changes to your pet's information (for example, if a pet name has incorrect spelling).

To make changes, do this procedure.
  1. Sign in to your practice's client portal.
  2. In the My Pets section, select the applicable pet.
    Vello shows a Pet Information screen.
  3. Select Update.
    Vello shows an Update Pet Details screen.
  4. Enter the changes to your pet's information as necessary.

    Trouble: If the Update Pet Details screen does not show boxes to enter changes to your pet information, contact your practice to make the changes.
  5. Select Update Pet Details.
The pet information is changed.
Note: If the client portal does not show the changes immediately, wait approximately five minutes.
