Get access to medical records for a deceased pet
You can get access to a deceased pet's medical records in the Vello client portal.
To get access to the medical records of a deceased pet, make sure that:
- You can get access to your practice's portal
- Your pet was a patient of the practice
Note: Vello only shows medical records from the previous four years.
- In the My Pets section of the Home screen, select View All.Vello shows a Manage Pets screen.
- Select the arrow adjacent to the Previous pet section and select the applicable pet.Vello shows a Pet Information screen.
- In the Record history section, select Medical Records.
