Changes

iPad sync – SmartFlow sends your changes from an iPad to the SmartFlow web app and to whiteboards more quickly. Changes go through in seconds, not minutes. SmartFlow also starts a maximum of 5 times more quickly, which changes waits from minutes to approximately 30 seconds.

The Notes screen has a new design. In a full-screen window, you can do these operations:

• Add a note
• Change a note
• Change the time of a note

A note that you cannot change shows in gray. On a flowsheet, the notes open in a side panel. To open the panel, select the tab or swipe from the right edge of the screen. A 12-hour flowsheet shows the panel open at the side of the grid. SmartFlow saves your notes together, then sends them to synchronization immediately. The panels refresh after synchronization, or after a note is added to the sheet.
