Synchronization continues after you use the new patient screen. Previously, synchronization could stop permanently if you cancelled the screen. Synchronization could also stop if the app closed while the screen was open. As a result, SmartFlow did not send your local changes to the server.

You can sign in to the SmartFlow iPad app with a password that you changed in the SmartFlow web app. Previously, the iPad app refused the new password and showed this message: Login Error: Unknown server error. Please try again later.
