For correct operation of veterinary referrals, make a contact record for the referring veterinary practice. Then, make contact records for each referring veterinarian of the referring veterinary practice. Then, make a relation between the contact record of the referring veterinary clipracticeic and each contact record of each referring veterinarian.

1. Select Contacts.
   
   ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
2. Find and select the applicable contact record of the referring veterinary practice.
3. Select Details.
   
4. Adjacent to Associated Contacts, select the plus button.
   
   ezyVet shows the New Contact Association dialog box.
5. In the Association box, select Vet.
   
   Trouble: If the Association box does not show Vet, make sure that the contact record has the correct configuration. If necessary, refer to the procedure that tells you how to make a contact record for a referring veterinary practice.
6. In the Contact box, select the contact record of the applicable veterinarian.
   
7. Select Add.

If necessary, do this procedure again for each applicable referring veterinarian.
