Manually change the due date of a patient's care service

A practice manager configures the due dates of care services in the standard-of-care (SOC) system to automatically change when staff invoice an applicable product. But if necessary, you can manually change the due date of a patient's care service. For example, if the patient got a vaccination from a different organization, you can change the due date of that vaccination service.

Make sure that your user account has the Standard Of Care > Change Next Due permission.
To manually change the due date, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure uses the SOC information of a patient record as an example. But you can also make changes to the SOC information of a clinical record or client contact record. When you make the changes, ezyVet automatically changes the SOC information of related records.
