Pilot features

Before staff can select a diagnostics requisition form for a site diagnostic test, a practice manager must add the requisition form to the test.

Make sure that your ezyVet site has the applicable diagnostics requisition form.

To add the form, do this procedure

Note: This procedure is not applicable to supplied diagnostic tests.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Clinical.
Select Site Diagnostics.
The left sidebar shows the site diagnostics of your ezyVet site.
Select the applicable diagnostic test record.
In the Diagnostic Form box, select the applicable requisition form.
Select Save.
