A clinical record has many related types of clinical information (for example, histories and physical examinations). To show clinical information, ezyVet has two clinical record view modes that you can use. Each view mode uses a different method to show the information.
The available view modes are:
Standard view
Combined view
Standard view mode
Standard view shows each type of clinical information on the screen at the same time. ezyVet usually shows a clinical record in standard view mode.
To use standard view, select the Go to Standard View button that shows in a clinical record screen:
In standard view, ezyVet shows buttons that have the names of clinical information types:
Each time that you select a button, ezyVet adds the information to the screen in a dedicated section. Selected records shows Presenting Problem, History, and Plan selected, and related sections that show the information.Figure 1. Selected records
Standard view can show groups of related information. To use groups, select View By Group:
Each group has a related button. The group button names in standard view are:
Clinical Exam
Diagnostics and Treatments
Vaccinations
In Clinic Notes
Communication

After you select a button, ezyVet shows the group's information. Group button example shows a selected Clinical Exam button. The related information that ezyVet shows in the group includes presenting problems, master problems, and health statuses. Note: The clinical record screen only shows the View By Item button and View By Group button in standard view mode.
Combined view mode
Combined view shows short items of clinical information. For example, if a clinical record has master problems, ezyVet shows short information about each master problem.
In combined view, ezyVet shows buttons that have the names of clinical information types. Each time that you select a button, ezyVet shows the applicable information.Figure 4. Buttons of combined view
To change from standard view to combined view, select Go to Combined View:
To show short information about the full clinical record, select All. After you select All, ezyVet shows a Notes section that has the information. This image shows a Notes section that has information items about master problems, clinical procedures, and communication records:
