Show the times that staff did work (TimeClock report)

A practice manager or staff member with the necessary report permissions can use the TimeClock report. The report output shows the times that staff started and stopped work. The report output also shows the total work times.

Make sure that you have the necessary report permissions to use the report.
To do a report, do this procedure.
  1. Select Reporting.

    ezyVet shows the reports that are available for you to use.
  2. Select TimeClock.

  3. In the Format section, select the applicable output format.

  4. In the For Department/s box, select an applicable department.
    Note: The For Department/s box is only applicable if your ezyVet site uses a department configuration. If you do not make a selection in the box, the report output shows time clock records for all departments.
  5. In the From and To box, select the date range for the report.

  6. If you want to show the work times of only one staff member, use the User box to select them.
    Note: If you do not make a selection in the User box, the report output shows the work times of all staff.
  7. Select Print.

ezyVet downloads the report to your device.
