Important: When you use the memo search filters, it is possible that the Received Memos section does not immediately show the memos. It is possible that the memos do not show until a maximum of 1 hour after you use the search filters.

It is not mandatory to add information to the Diagnosis or Signs box of an e-claim that you send to VetEnvoy
If ezyVet cannot quickly connect to VetEnvoy after you try to send an e-claim, ezyVet does not send the e-claim to VetEnvoy
The shortcut menu for your user account shows keyboard shortcuts that you can use to lock ezyVet or sign out. To show the shortcut menu, select the user account button in the quick links area:

PayJunction terminal payments: Corrected a problem that prevented new terminal payments if a different terminal payment was in a financial lockdown period or not completed.
If you try to do a payment with a PayJunction API integration that is configured for a different department or business unit, ezyVet prevents the payment.
