Show a list of client refunds

To quickly and easily show a list of client refunds, use the Payment Summary report. The information that you can use as a filter for the report output includes a date range, a staff member, and a payment method.

Make sure that you have the applicable report permissions.
To show a list, do this procedure.
  1. Select Reporting.

  2. In the settings list, select Financial.

  3. Select Payment Summary.

    ezyVet shows the report settings.
  4. In the Format section, select the applicable output format.

    Tip: If you select PDF, the report output uses a format that is almost the same as a letter. The PDF output includes your organization logo and address.
  5. Use the From box and To box to select an applicable date range.

  6. If applicable, use the For Departments box to select a department.
  7. If applicable, use the Creating User box to select a staff member.
  8. In the Payment Method box, select an applicable payment method.

    Note: If you do not select a payment method, the report output shows client refunds of all payment methods.
  9. Set Payment Types to Refunds Only.

  10. Select Print.
    The Print button
    ezyVet downloads the report to your device.
