Print a combined invoice

A combined invoice shows each line item of each of a client's invoices. It also shows the total value of the payment that the client must make. As a result, it is not necessary to print each invoice for the client.

Make sure that you approved the invoices that you want to include in the combined invoice.
To print a combined invoice, do this procedure.
  1. Select Contacts.
    The Contacts tab
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable client contact record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the contact record.
  3. Select Financial.

  4. In the Financial Records section, select the checkbox that is adjacent to the invoices that you want the combined invoice to include.

  5. Select Print, then select Print Combined.

ezyVet shows a window with the combined invoice that you can print.
