Set a tag of a price adjustment rule for a client

  • Make sure that your site has the applicable tag category and tags
  • Make sure that the price adjustment rule is correctly configured to use the tag category and tags
  • Make sure that ezyVet is configured to show the tag category in contact record
A price adjustment rule can use a tag as a filter to calculate the necessary changes to invoice line items. To set the tag for a client, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure uses an example Pricing Group tag category that has an example corporate discount tag. Your site could have a different name for the tag category and related tags.
  1. Select Contacts.

  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable client contact record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the contact record.
  3. Go to the Tags section.

  4. In the Pricing Group box, select the applicable pricing group tag.

  5. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The contact record has the tag. A related price adjustment rule that uses the tag in its filters will change the values of the client's invoices.
