The invoicing screen

The invoicing screen has a dedicated section for line items and other related information. The line items section has buttons and boxes that you can use to add, change, and show invoice information.

The image and table that follow show each function of the buttons and boxes of the line items section:

1Use to select all line items.
2Select to approve or unapprove all line items.
3Select to show or hide all line items.
4Select to show discount values with a dollar format or a percent format.
5Select to:
  • Show or hide invoice columns
  • Change the sequence of invoice columns
6Drag to change the sequence of a line item.
7A source record button. Select to show the source record of a line item.
8If a line item has more line items, select to show the line items.
9Use each button to:
  • Change the view mode of the line item for a printed invoice
  • Remove the line item
  • Add a line item
10Select to:
  • Show a pricing summary
  • Print a label
  • Change the medication instructions
11Select to approve or unapprove the line item.
12Select to add a line item.
Note: If you select applicable line items, ezyVet replaces the plus button that is adjacent to Add new invoice line with buttons that you can use to:
  • Set a discount for the line items
  • Change the staff member of the line items
  • Remove line items

13The invoice totals area. The invoice totals area shows:
  • The total discount quantity of the invoice
  • The subtotal of the invoice
  • The tax-inclusive quantity or tax-exclusive quantity of the invoice
  • The total dollar quantity of the invoice
Tip: To show the tax-inclusive quantity or tax-exclusive quantity, select the button that is adjacent to Exc. Tax or Inc. Tax:

14Use to enter general information about the invoice.
15Shows:
  • Who made and changed the invoice
  • The date and time that a person made or changed the invoice
