If staff want new inventory adjustment records to automatically show the Reason column, a practice manager can make the change.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Settings.
   
3. Select Record Properties.
   
4. Select Properties: Inventory Adjustment Item.
   
   ezyVet shows the properties of inventory adjustment items.
5. Select the Show checkbox that is adjacent to the Reason setting.
   
6. Select Save.
