User interface boxes do not show or keep your selection

Do this troubleshooting if a box in ezyVet's user interface:
  • Does not show the correct record or information after you use the box to select it
  • Does not keep the record or information after you use the box to select it

For example, you use the Owner box in a patient record to select the applicable patient owner. But after you select the patient owner, the Owner box could show a missing selection. Or the Owner box could show the selection only temporarily.

The Grammarly desktop app causes problems with ezyVet's user interface.

Copy

Find the Grammarly icon in the Windows notification area and open a shortcut menu. Then select Quit Grammarly.

As an alternative, uninstall Grammarly from your device.
