Examples of deactivated records that you can find include contact records, patient records, diagnostics, and invoices.

1. Select Dashboard.
   
2. Select Records.
   
   ezyVet shows the Records screen.
3. Set Record Type to the applicable type of record.
   
4. Set Active to No.
   
5. If necessary, set applicable filters that ezyVet uses to show the records.
   
6. Select Show Records.
