About configuration of automatic BCC email
A practice manager can configure ezyVet to automatically use a BCC email address for email messages that staff send from ezyVet. The BCC address configuration is applicable to many different types of email messages (for example, invoicing email, clinical summary email, and financial statement email).

The practice manager for Callisto Vets wants staff to always send a copy of each
client invoice email to an accountant. The practice manager
configures ezyVet to use the accountant's email address as
the BCC address for invoicing email. Thus, when staff use ezyVet to send invoicing email, the accountant automatically
receives a copy.
