ezyVet shows a type: application/pdf error when you make a template image
Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows a does not
support template images of type: application/pdf error when you try to
add an image to a template image:
The image file format is incorrect
You can only add images that have these file formats to a template image:
- PNG
- JPEG
- GIF
You cannot add a PDF document to a template image.
Do a check of the image file format and make sure that it is correct.
Note: Microsoft Windows
shows images that have the correct file format with these extensions in
the file name:
- png
- PNG
- jpg
- JPEG
If Windows does not show the file
name extensions, it is not easy to know if the image has the correct
file format. To set Windows to show the
file name extensions, refer to:
