Show information about canceled appointments (Records dashboard method)
You can use the Records dashboard tab to find and show information about canceled appointments.
Note: The Records dashboard method does not show information about why a person canceled an appointment. To show information about why, refer to the method that uses the Cancelled Appointments report.
- Select Dashboard.
- Select Records.ezyVet shows the Records screen.
- Set Record Type to Appointment.
- Set Active to No.
- In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.
- Set the filter to Date *.
- Set the mathematical comparison to >=.
- Select the start date of the date range.
- In the All section, select the green plus button to add one more filter.
- Set the filter to Date *.
- Set the mathematical comparison to <=.
- Select the end date of the date range.
- Select Show Records.
