A practice manager could make a decision that staff can only have scheduled access to a physical item or a physical location (for example, a diagnostic device or a room). The practice manager can make a related calendar resource for the scheduled access.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
   
3. Select Resources.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Calendar Resource screen.
4. In the Name box, enter a name for the resource.
   
5. If necessary, enter the initials of the resource in the Initials box.
6. If necessary, enter an applicable Order value.
   Note: The Order value controls the sequence that ezyVet shows the resource in the calendar.
7. Select Save.
