Configure SmartFlow to prevent duplicated invoices for a given product

If you use ezyVet with SmartFlow and a CUBEX cabinet, ezyVet could have duplicated invoices for a given product. The possible cause is because SmartFlow and CUBEX send invoicing information about the product to ezyVet at the same.

To make sure that only SmartFlow sends invoicing information for a given product to ezyVet, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure is applicable if you use SmartFlow, CUBEX, and ezyVet.
  1. Open SmartFlow.
  2. Select your user account button.

  3. Select SETTINGS.

  4. Select Parameters.

    SmartFlow shows a list of products.
  5. Select the pencil button of the applicable product.

    SmartFlow shows the configuration of the product.
  6. Set In Cubex to ON.
    The In Cubex setting
  7. Select Update.
SmartFlow has the necessary configuration to prevent duplicated product invoices.
