Disable diagnostic tests of the legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration

To change to the new integration for Zoetis point-of-care diagnostics, a practice manager must disable diagnostic tests of the legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration.

Make sure that you completed the procedure given in Legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration: Prepare to disable legacy diagnostic tests.
To disable the tests, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.
    The Dashboard tab
  2. Select Records.
    The Records tab
    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Supplied Diagnostic.

  4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Supplier.

  6. Set the Supplier filter to the supplier contact record of the legacy integration.

  7. Select Show Records.

  8. Select the applicable diagnostic test records.
  9. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you select, select Selected.
  10. In the Action list, select Supplied Diagnostic - Disable.

  11. Select Action.

    ezyVet shows a Disable Records dialog box with a list of legacy diagnostic tests.
  12. Select the applicable diagnostic tests, then select Disable Supplied Diagnostics.
    Note: If you completed the procedure given in Legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration: Prepare to disable legacy diagnostic tests correctly, the applicable diagnostic tests show LEGACY FUSE TESTS in their names.
The diagnostic tests are disabled.
