Make a diagnostic test request for New Zealand Veterinary Pathology

To use New Zealand Veterinary Pathology for diagnostic tests, you must make a diagnostic test request for the applicable diagnostic test.

  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured integration for New Zealand Veterinary Pathology
  • Make sure that your site has a configured supplier contact record for New Zealand Veterinary Pathology
  • Make sure that your site has the configured diagnostic requisition forms for New Zealand Veterinary Pathology
To make a diagnostic test request, do this procedure.
  1. Select Clinical.

    The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.

  3. Select Diagnostics and Treatments.

    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:

  4. Adjacent to Diagnostic Request, select the plus button.

  5. In the Vet box, select the applicable veterinarian.

  6. In the Diagnostic Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record of the New Zealand Veterinary Pathology integration.

  7. In the Diagnostics boxes, select each diagnostic test that you want.

  8. Make the remaining settings as necessary.
  9. Select Add.

  1. Print the diagnostics requisition form
  2. Enter the applicable information in the printed requisition form
  3. Send the requisition form and the applicable diagnostic samples to New Zealand Veterinary Pathology
