About the Vetstoria integration
The Vetstoria integration gives your clients a method to make online appointments directly in the website or the social media channels of your organization.
- You can add a floating button to a page of your website that clients select to make online appointments
- You can add an appointment screen directly in a page of your website that clients use to make online appointments
- You can add a link to a social media channel that clients select to make online appointments (for example, Facebook or Google Business Profile)
- The appointment times that are available in ezyVet
- The available appointment types that a client can select
- The available veterinarians
When a client uses Vetstoria to make an online appointment, Vetstoria syncs the appointment information back to the ezyVet calendar.
Because clients can make online appointments directly, Vetstoria helps decrease the manual work that is necessary for your staff to make appointments in ezyVet. For example, a client can make an online appointment without a phone call to your staff.
