Do a check that product records have the correct names
The data conversion process converts your organization's product records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. It is important that you make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the names of product records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent product record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 product records
- Do a check of a product record that you know well (for example, an product record of a product that your staff use frequently)
- Select Admin.
- Select Products.ezyVet shows the configured products of your site.
- Compare the name of the Product Name box with the name of the equivalent product record of your source PIMS.
- Select Advanced.
- Compare the name of the Printable Name box with the printable name of the equivalent product record of your source PIMS.
