Do a check that a product record of a procedure that changes the sex of a patient has the correct configuration
The data conversion process converts product records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to your ezyVet site. You must make sure that product records of procedures that changes the sex of a patient has the correct configuration.
Make sure that you have the equivalent product record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 product records
- Do a check of a product record that you know well (for example, an product record of a product that your staff use frequently)
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Products.ezyVet shows the configured product records of your site.
- Make sure that the product record has the Procedure type.Note: If the product record does not have the Procedure product type, it cannot have the correct configuration.
- Make sure that the Desexes patient setting is activated.
