Make sure that a patient record shows the microchip number
The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted a patient's microchip number.
Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Examine a minimum of 10 patient records
- Examine a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Patients.The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
- Compare the number of the Microchip Number box with the microchip number of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
