Make sure that a patient record has the correct deceased date
The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the deceased date of a patient record.
Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Examine a minimum of 10 patient records
- Examine a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Patients.The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
- Select the Deceased tab.ezyVet shows the patient records of deceased patients.
- Compare the date of the Date of Death box with the deceased date of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
